We started the development of software "Virtual flow charts of the intracelluar signal transduction"
that predicts and visualizes the onset of disease and therapeutic mechanism.
● We facus on the bioinformatics field of proteins particulary, utilizing technologies
such as parallel arithmetic (superposition) and deep learning.
As a result, we aim to provide AI(Artificial Intelligence) flow charts that are close
to the actual life phnenomenon.
● We consider that the folliwing are important,
1)To use a versatile programming language such as Java or Python.
2)To introduce automatically from the data base such as MEDLINE and PubMed, and
the technology of processing / standardization / and mining of these data.
